ComePay app logo – P2P token trading via UPI

This page explains, in plain language, what comepay.co.in is and is not responsible for. Please read it fully once before using the app or following any guide on this website.

This Disclaimer is reviewed and updated regularly to stay honest and current.

1. General Disclaimer

The information published on comepay.co.in – including guides, tables, version histories, fee summaries, and FAQ answers – is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. We work hard to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every detail will always be complete, current, or error-free.

The ComePay app, its features, fees, and policies are controlled by its developers and can change at any time without notice. When in doubt, always check the information inside the app itself before making a decision. Our main ComePay guide is updated monthly, but the app may move faster than our review cycle.

Summary: This website is a guide, not a contract. What the app actually does always overrides what we describe.

2. No Financial, Legal or Tax Advice

Nothing on this website is financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice. We are not licensed financial advisors, brokers, or legal professionals, and we are not registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

Token trading involves questions about money, risk, taxation, and legality that are specific to each individual. Before you trade, deposit, or withdraw any amount, consider consulting a qualified professional who understands your personal situation. You alone are responsible for the decisions you make based on the information you read here.

3. Earnings Disclaimer – No Guaranteed Income

Any figure mentioned on this website – referral commissions, milestone bonuses, trade percentages, or "bonus tokens" – comes from the app's stated terms. It is what the app offers, not what any user will earn. Actual results depend on trading activity, market movement, referral network growth, and factors we cannot control.

We strongly warn against anyone who promises you guaranteed daily income, "free money", or returns on any token trading app. Those claims are the signature of a scam. If a guide anywhere tells you that you will earn a fixed amount, do not trust it.

Remember: Earnings are never guaranteed. Trade only with money you can afford to lose.

4. Relationship with the ComePay App

comepay.co.in is an independent information resource. We are not the developers, owners, or operators of the ComePay app. We do not host the app, we do not run its servers, and we do not process, hold, or touch any user funds or payments.

This means we cannot:

  • Reset your password or recover your account
  • Process, delay, or cancel your withdrawals
  • Resolve disputes between buyers and sellers
  • Change your referral code, balance, or trade history
  • Provide official customer support for the app

All of those functions belong exclusively to the app's in-app support system. Any "customer care number" found online claiming to be ComePay support is fake – report it instead of calling it.

5. Regulatory Status Disclaimer

ComePay is not registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), and the tokens traded on the platform are not SEBI-regulated securities. Payments are routed through UPI, which is operated by banks under standard UPI rules, but the platform itself is not a regulated financial institution.

Whether trading tokens is legal or suitable for you depends on your own circumstances, location, and risk tolerance. We do not make any representation about the legality of token trading in your jurisdiction. Please do your own research and, where needed, take professional advice.

6. Trading & Market Risk Disclaimer

Token trading carries real risk. Token prices can rise or fall sharply and without warning, and there is no guarantee that any token you buy will hold its value or be easy to sell later.

  • Price risk: Your tokens can lose value at any time
  • Counterparty risk: The other user may delay, dispute, or fail to complete a trade
  • Payment risk: Edited screenshots and fake payment confirmations exist – always verify in your own UPI app
  • Liquidity risk: There may not always be a buyer at your price when you want to sell

By using the app, you accept these risks. We recommend starting with small amounts, learning the flows first, and reading the User Safety Guide before your first trade.

7. UPI & Payment Disclaimer

All payments in the ComePay app move directly between users via UPI. comepay.co.in is not a party to any transaction, does not act as an escrow, and does not receive, hold, or transfer any money on behalf of users.

We do not guarantee that any buyer or seller will behave honestly, and we cannot refund money that is lost in a P2P trade. If a payment goes wrong, the app's in-app appeal system is the only channel to raise a dispute.

9. Accuracy of Information Disclaimer

We review and update this website monthly, and we correct verified errors as soon as we find them. Even so, information here may become outdated between updates, and the app's terms may differ from what is described.

Details that change frequently – such as minimum withdrawals, commission percentages, and referral bonuses – are labelled "as per app terms" on purpose. If you spot an error, please tell us through the Contact page and we will fix it.

10. App Download & Installation Disclaimer

Installing an app from outside the Google Play Store requires enabling "Install unknown apps" on your Android device. This is a standard process for apps distributed directly.

  • Download only from comepay.co.in – the only source linked on this website
  • Verify the app name and icon say "ComePay" after installation
  • Enable unknown-source installation only for the browser you download from
  • Keep the app updated by installing the latest version from the website

Installing any app is your own choice, and you do so at your own risk. We accept no liability for issues arising from installation on any device.

11. Your Responsibility

  • Read before you act – including this Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy
  • Verify payments in your own UPI app before releasing tokens – never trust a screenshot
  • Never share your OTP, password, or UPI PIN with anyone
  • Never pay anyone to "activate", "unlock", or "verify" anything – that is a scam
  • Trade only with money you can afford to lose, and start small

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, comepay.co.in and its editorial team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage – including financial loss, lost profits, or lost data – arising from your use of this website, the information it contains, or the ComePay app.

This includes losses from trades that fail, payments that are disputed, tokens that lose value, accounts that are blocked, or apps that malfunction. You use this website and any linked app entirely at your own risk.

14. Changes to This Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in the website, the app, or the law. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of this website after an update means you accept the revised Disclaimer.
